About Us

Who We Are

King’s Harbor Church exists to bring glory to God by sharing the joy of the Gospel through our words, actions, and service to others. God’s plan has always been revealed in meeting people where they’re at and inviting them to know and worship Him. In the same way, our goal is to meet those in our personal communities where they are and bring light into those places.

The Word of God

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts.

The Trinity

We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

God the Father

We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love.

Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, who was born of a virgin and died a substitutionary atoning death.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Christ, and that He is an abiding helper, teacher, and guide.

Salvation

We believe that those who repent and forsake sin and trust Jesus Christ as Savior are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and become new creatures, delivered from condemnation, and receive eternal life.

Last Things

We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth and the full consummation of His Kingdom.

Our Values

Our values are the pillars of what makes King’s Harbor Church unique. They reveal our heart as a congregation and act as lenses for the decisions we make together. As we train for the work God has called us to, these distinctives hold us accountable to that which we have committed.

We are convinced that the power of the Gospel changes everything. God’s spirit has given us a new identity, reshaped our desires, and empowered us to follow Jesus daily. This revolutionary power doesn’t end with us. It is available to redeem and transform anyone who trusts in the work of Jesus.

2 Corinthians 5:17, Romans 12:2, 2 Corinthians 3:18, Ephesians 4:22-24

Christ’s love compels us. It urges us and enables us to demonstrate sacrificial love to one another. We strive to serve each other with humility, revealing the power of the Gospel through our actions. We rejoice together in times of celebration and bear each other’s burdens in times of sorrow, devoting ourselves to sincere love because while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

John 15:12-15, Romans 5:8, Romans 12:9-21, Galatians 6:2, Ephesians 4:2, Philippians 2, 1 Peter 4:8

Jesus tells us that “in this life, you will have trouble.” When circumstances prove this statement to be true, we respond with trust, resilience, and courage. God calls us to trust His good and perfect will and look for opportunities to further His kingdom in the midst of obstacles.

Daniel 1 & 3, 1 Samuel 3, Psalm 27:1, Esther 4:14, Philippians 1:12-14

The resurrection of Jesus opened the door to a new reality. God’s rule and reign is present among us right now. We are not waiting for God’s kingdom to come; it is here, so we resist complacency. From our neighborhoods to the nations, we embrace opportunities to share the Gospel with others, revealing the work of God and inviting them to live with us in light of eternity.

Genesis 12 & 15, Jeremiah 23:5-6, Matthew 13:31-32, Matthew 28:16-20, Romans 14:17, 1 Corinthians 15:58
