Nathan Holmes

I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and moved with my family to the South Bay in 2017. I grew up in a Christian home, but Christianity was something I did, not someone that I was. I struggled throughout middle school and the beginning of high school by just going through the motions, trying to look like a good person by doing all the right things. I thought I could live off my parents’ faith, and I wasn’t sure that I truly believed what I said I did. In my junior year of high school, I felt God calling me to Him. I really began to pursue God during this time. I decided to take my relationship with Him seriously and accepted Jesus as my personal Savior.
